CPIA Quarterly Meeting Hosting Policy
The host of a CPIA quarterly meeting can be a member or non-member. Host is responsible for providing space and refreshments for 50 to 60 attendees. An hour of the meeting time is devoted to a presentation by the host company including a tour of their facility or an appropriate alternative.
Meetings are open to all. The tour portion is also open to all, but may be restricted to U.S. citizens or permanent residents (green card holders) to comply with national security regulations at some companies. The host is responsible for organizing the tour so that proprietary information is protected.
