An important function of CPIA is assist with careers as a way to keep the industry strong. Via these listings, we help talent in the state stay in the state and help attract new talent to fill the needs of our companies. We also assist companies in transition that may have displaced employees. CPIA is not an employment agency, though, and does not do any active recruiting or placement work.
