How to Join
- Download application, fill it out and email, mail, or fax to CPIA (contact info is on the form)
- PAY ONLINE VIA CREDIT CARD or
- Send check payable to CPIA to CPIA, P O Box 700, Boulder, CO 80306 or request an invoice.
Individual
Covers just the person applying. Nontransferable. Limited benefits (see benefits page)
$100 per 12 months
Corporate
Covers ALL employees of a company. Covers all benefits of membership.

Industry Corporate Members
Open to companies developing or using photonics technology, located either in and out of state. Membership category is based on the number of full time employees located in Colorado.
